Zynga has launched its upcoming team-based Star Wars game, Star Wars: Hunters in a number of regions. Soft-launch exclusively for current Android devices.

Star Wars: Hunters is a 4v4 arena fighter where you and three friends team up to fight other armies in a battle to the death. Just like in the movies. Here’s the trailer.
According to the Google Play Store page for the game, there will be several modes. Escort will watch you try to get the payload to safety, and Control will watch you struggle for control of points on the map.
Star Wars: Hunters is slated for release next year, and this soft-launch is a step towards that global release. You can pre-register for the game on the official website here.
