Lineage2M Enters Beta Phase for iOS and Android in 29 Regions
NCSOFT’s MMORPG, based on the acclaimed Lineage II franchise, Lineage2M has officially entered beta testing in 29 territories. Countries in the west can currently enjoy playing Lineage2M until November 7th. If you want to participate, you can join through the game’s official website.
Players can now enjoy the massive, large-scale open world of Aden in 4K Ultra-HD, with smooth loading times and battles featuring over 10,000 players. The beta test will allow players to fight 22 bosses, including Queen Ant and Core Susceptor. The huge world of Aden will make sure you don’t run out of things to do during the beta test.
Participants in the beta test will also receive two Rare Class Cards (11 times) and 200,000 Adena, which is the in-game currency. Players who manage to reach level 40 during the beta will also be awarded a Rare Agathion Card or higher (1 time) and 300 Clover. All these rewards will only be given to players after the game is officially launched. Also, all progress made during the beta will reset once upon release so unfortunately, you’ll have to start over from scratch, but hopefully that reward will make things easier.
A quick overview of the franchise, the fantasy world of Lineage features five factions to choose from – Dwarves, Elves, Dark Elves, Humans, and Orcs. This Hero can choose from weapons such as Swords, Dual Swords, Daggers, Bows, Wands, and Orbs. The choice of weapon will determine the player’s profession, allowing them to choose their own style of play, with each weapon having its own strengths and weaknesses. So, choose wisely.
The launch of Lineage2M will also bring with PURPLE, NCSOFT’s PC cross-play service. This will allow players to play the game on PC and mobile, with progress being transferred seamlessly between the two platforms.
