How to Clear Cache, Cookies, Browser History (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari)

Using a browser to surf the internet is something that many people around the world are already accustomed to. Automatically, usually the browser will save certain data that aims to speed up and simplify our browsing activities on the internet for the future. However, when the data is no longer useful to us, the data will continue to be stored if we do not delete it and further burden the computer’s memory and even slow down browsing speed. Here are the steps to clear cache, cookies, or history in the most popular modern browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari.

Chrome
1. Click the icon in the upper right corner in the form of 3 lines or 3 dots
2. Select More tools
3. Select Clear Browsing Data
4. Select the data to be deleted (cache, cookies, history) and the desired time range.
5. Click Clear data then wait until the cleaning process is complete

Firefox
1. Click the icon in the upper right corner in the form of 3 lines
2. Select Preferences
3. Select the Privacy & Security Tab
4. In the History section click Clear History
5. Select the time range and data to be deleted

Safari
1. Select the Safari menu then select Clear History
2. Select the desired time range
3. Click Clear

Opera
1. Select Menu History then select Show All History
2. Select Clear Browsing Data
3. Select the data to be deleted and specify the time range
4. Click Clear Browsing Data
