How to Check Windows and Mac OS PC Specifications

In choosing or buying a laptop or PC, one of the things we look at must be the specifications because if the specifications are lacking or not as needed, we cannot use them. For example, if you want to play heavy games or create designs that require high graphics, then you have to buy a high end graphics card that has good rendering capabilities. Thus the need for images will be fulfilled. The question is how to find out the specifications of a laptop or PC from the computer program itself? Here are the steps on how to check Windows and Mac OS PC specifications.


MAC OS (Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air)

  1. Click the apple logo in the top left corner

  2. Select About This Mac

  1. Select the Information tab as needed

Windows

  1. Open My Computer or This PC

  1. Right click and select properties

  1. View information about Windows computers or PCs in general

Windows with CPU-Z . App

  1. Install or Extract Files

  2. Open the CPU-Z app
