Rocket League Comes in Mobile Version

Rocket League was originally released for PC, PS4 and Switch, now Rocket League is coming to mobile devices. The mobile version of Rocket League, Rocket League Sideswipe was officially released some time ago for iOS and Android and can be downloaded for free now through Google Play and the App Store.

This mobile soccer game redesigned for mobile devices comes with intuitive touch controls, and there’s also a boost button to help players go faster or just float in the air to hit the ball.

For now, Rocket League Sideswipe is well into pre-season, but Psyonix says that an announcement regarding Season 1 will be made soon. Rocket League Sideswipe has 1v1 and 2v2 match modes that will last 2 minutes and can be played online.

The mobile version of Rocket League is different from the PC and console versions which have 4 players on each team. There’s also a 3D arena on the PC version which gives players more freedom to roam around, but Rocket League Sideswipe for mobile is more linear with goals on the left and right sides of the screen.

Rocket League Sideswipe also features thousands of customization combinations with items like cars, wheels, stickers, and more. Players can also communicate with other players using the Quick Chat Stickers.

This game has different modes, including one called Hoops mode. There is also a Rocket Pass that can be unlocked by playing online matches. It also features a competitive mode where the aim is for players to rank up in each season.
