The first is in the Dunyu Ruins area , which is located north of the Statue of the Seven. If you teleport there and walk a little north from there you'll find Violetgrass there.
The second place is Mingyun Village . You can also find Starconches and Noctilucous Jades.
Third, Huaguang Stone Forest . The fourth is south of Qingce Village and west of Wuwang Hill . You won't miss Violetgrass there.
