How to Play Hero Cecilion in Mobile Legends, Save Mana and Maximum Stack!

Cecilion, Hero whose hype is now Meta, especially the Midlaner role in the game Mobile Legends. If you play Ranked Mode, it is certain that Hero Cecilion will become a ban subscription, or at least First pick when the draft phase begins. This hero managed to become a Meta in Mobile Legends thanks to being played by pro players at the MPL Indonesia Season 9 tournament yesterday.

Cecilion himself is a Mage-type hero who has terrible damage abilities if he is in the late game phase. His unstoppable damage ability in the late game is thanks to the stacking system on this hero which is similar to Hero Aldous. So the more stacks collected, the greater the damage generated. Getting the stack is also easy, just point Cecilion’s skill towards the opponent’s target, then this Hero will get 1-2 stacks without having to eliminate enemies like Aldous.

For those of you who are playing this hero for the first time, of course you will complain about how wasteful which one is used for Cecilion skill users. Yep, indeed in the early game Cecilion will be very wasteful if you don’t know the trick. Therefore, next trick can be used so that Cecilion’s mana is not wasteful but the stack obtained is still maximum.

1. Use the Right Emblem

For emblem selection, I suggest choosing the third Mage Talent emblem, namely Impure Rage. The emblem’s passive skill will deal damage equal to 4% of the enemy’s target HP and recover 2% of Cecilion’s maximum mana. So it’s perfect when in the early game as additional damage as well as anticipating which Cecilion is wasteful.

2. Enough Spam 2x Skill Only

Cecilion’s one skill, namely Bat Impact in the early game, you can spam 4 times with a record that his mana consumption will continue to increase as you spam. Running out of mana at the beginning of the game will have an impact on the number of stacks that you will collect less than the maximum. So to overcome this, just spam one Cecilion skill 2x and wait for the cooldown duration to finish. And most importantly, make sure the skills you issue hit the target Minions or enemies. Because if Miss Hityou will not get any stack points.

3. Buy Items That Can Add Mana

For the beginning of the game, make sure you buy movement items, namely Demon Shoes. These items can provide your mana regen along with its passive items which can provide 10% mana recovery if you successfully kill or assist the opponent’s Hero and recover 4% if you manage to eliminate the Minions. Now, when this item is ready, try as much as possible to Assist the opponent’s hero or Lash Hit to the Minions so that you get mana recovery.

For other items I suggest buying items with attributes or passives that can give Cecilion additional mana. For example Clock of Destiny, Lightning Truncheon, Ice Queen Wand, and Dominance Ice. The rest you can buy Items Immortal or Winter Truncheon for defense and in case of sudden death in the middle of war.

Why should Items add Mana ? Because, Cecilion’s passive skill, which is the more stacks collected, the mana number will automatically increase (1 stack = 10 mana) and Cecilion’s damage will be based on the amount of mana he has. So when you buy which item, the more Cecilion’s mana, the greater the damage output produced.

4. Don’t Hesitate for Ultimate Skill

Don’t hesitate to issue Cecilion’s Ultimate skill to an idle jungler monster or to a Minions unit. Because Cecilion’s ultimate skill can also give you a stack as long as the skill notes hit the opposing unit. So don’t be friends to suppress the Ultimate skill, because that way you will get a maximum stack gain in the early game.

So what is Cecilion’s ideal stack for the first 5 minutes? If you can keep Cecilion’s mana prime and never miss a hit, usually 80-100 stacks is the ideal count. Cecilion’s damage will only feel hot if it hits more than 200 stacks or in 12-15 Minutes (Mid Game) matches and it also depends on how smart you are looking for stacks.

5. Rotation to Upper and Lower Lanes

If you have managed to sweep the wave Minions in Midlane, try to rotate to another lane. Count on helping the team that is having trouble in their lane while collecting stacks in other areas. Then, head back to Midlane again to clear the newly arrived Minions wave. If you run out of mana while rotating to another lane, don’t forget to recall so Cecilion’s mana can be replenished.

Be careful when rotating in the direction of the lane up or down. If the enemy team has a Hero with a deadly lock skill like Natalia, Eudora, or Aldous. So you have to pay attention to the map often so that you are not prone to be killed by the enemy.

So, those are little tricks that you can do so that when playing Cecilion, it’s not too wasteful, but the stack you get is still maximum in the Mobile Legends game. What other tricks do you think can make gameplay Cecilion being more effective in the match? May be useful.
