These 27 Heroes Don’t Sell in MPL ID Season 9, There’s Hero Meta Last Season!
The Regular Season round ended two weeks ago. And tomorrow, April 21, 2022, there will be a playoff round that will determine who will win and represent Indonesia for the upcoming MSC 2022 event.
Talking about MPL ID Season 9, of course there are various heroes that are played, from meta to surprises. Patch changes also affect the selection of existing heroes.

However, not all heroes are picked, it turns out that, based on MPL ID Season 9 data, there are a total of 27 heroes that are not used at all in the regular season round. Among them there is a meta hero last season.

Reflecting on last season, there are Natan and Lapu-Lapu who are still picks, even top meta. Natan even became one of the winning heroes for ONIC Esports when they defeated RRQ Hoshi in the final.
Why doesn’t Nathan become a hero? He got a pretty big nerf so he’s no longer as strong as he used to be. Instead, many MM heroes are buffed, including Wanwan, who has returned to the meta.
The rest aren’t visible in the meta right now though there are changes including Alpha which almost always gets buffed.
Even last season we saw Alucard playing as a jungler. But in this season again untouched.
But this is still a regular season, it could be that these heroes can be picked during the playoffs later as surprise heroes.
According to SPIN Esports itself, seeing the last Natan buff, it is not impossible that this hero will be picked again in the playoffs later.
