Interestingly, the former Esports Manager of Moonton Indonesia, Lius “Ko Lius” Andre gave a prediction when the discourse on adding slots would be realized,

MPL ID Season 10 Predicted to Add Slots
Entering the peak of MPL ID Season 9, of course, the discourse of adding slots for the new season is now starting to blow again.
After entering the 6th season of the MPL ID Franchise League, so far there are still only 8 teams that are competing tightly for the title.
Until finally, Ko Lius, who is the former Esports Manager of Moonton Indonesia, indicated that MPL ID Season 10 will have a new challenger team.
“But when asked about when the new team will enter MPL? My guess or my prediction should be at least 1 next season,” said Ko Lius as quoted from VDVC Esports.
This is certainly not surprising, considering that there are indeed many esports teams that are still loyal enough to compete for the slot to compete in MPL ID.
Seeing the predictions from Ko Lius, of course it will be interesting to wait for the new season of MPL ID which will come soon.
