Elon Musk has just proposed Dogecoin as a means of payment to be able to access Twitter Blue. This proposal also reaped many comments from netizens.

Elon Musk replied casually, “Yes, should be proportionate to affordability & in local currency,”
Not yet had time to respond, Elon Musk again asked the netizen if he wanted to use Dogecoin as a means of payment on Twitter Blue.
“Maybe even an option to pay in Doge?” asked Elon Musk.
It didn’t take long, his tweet immediately went viral and sparked a lot of speculation that Elon Musk was in the planning stages of adapting Dogecoin as a means of payment on Twitter Blue.
This speculation is reinforced because the Tesla CEO has indeed been a fan of the meme coin since 2022. In fact, Elon Musk has also suggested that McDonald’s accept payments using Dogecoin (DOGE).
