Because of Will Smith's Case, Fast and Loose Film Production Must Be Postponed
The production of Fast and Loose, which will be done by Netflix, had to be postponed, because one of the actors, Will Smith, was having problems with Chris Rock.
The night of the 94th Oscar 2022 award was indeed colored by the slap incident by Will Smith to Chris Rock. This he did because he did not accept the joke from Chris Rock involving his wife’s illness.
In the aftermath of this problem, several film projects that have been signed by Will Smith had to be postponed. One of them is Fast and Loop which should be just one step away from entering the production stage.

This news was obtained when the director, namely David Leitch, resigned from the Fast and Loose series and preferred to focus on making the Fall Guy film, which will star Ryan Gosling.

However, until now Netflix has not provided further information whether this latest series will continue with Will Smith or not. Chances are, Netflix will announce it in the next few days.
Fast and Loose itself tells the story of a criminal who suddenly loses his memory shortly after launching his action. He also has a new mission to find some of his lost past moments.
From this mission, he discovers a new fact that he has two opposing identities. The first identity is that he is a criminal with abundant wealth and the second identity is that he is an undercover CIA agent.
Actually, Fast and Loose is only one step away from entering the production stage. However, because Will Smith is having trouble, the plan falls apart.

On the other hand, Will Smith has decided to leave the Academy Award show because he considers that his actions on the Oscar 2022 stage do not deserve to be forgiven.
