3. To search for lock options, you click the menu icon in the lower left corner, switch to files, then scroll down and look for document encryption options.

4. Then enter the same password in the password field and the confirmation field. Then click OK. If you have several, don’t forget to click on the floppy disk icon to save and finish. To give it a try, you can open the file and enter the password you have specified.
