Alongside Tartaglia, Genshin Impact Diona is the newest character to arrive in the game in update 1.1. While Tartaglia is a big draw in the new banner, Diona is by no means a booby prize, proving to be a perfect fit in the healer role.
Young Catgirl comes with pretty low health (even when leveled up), but she can craft shields and regenerate health for parties. This makes him a huge defensive asset, although it lacks the sturdiness usually associated with defenders. So, let’s show you how to get Diona in Genshin Impact, and the best way to manage her.
How to get Diona in Genshin Impact
Part of the limited time Genshin Impact ‘Farewell of Snezhnaya’, Diona is a four-star character with a 2.2 percent pull rate. He was accompanied by the previously available four-star characters Ningguang and Beidou. Fellow newcomer Tartaglia rounded off the banner, even though he’s a five-star character and therefore comes with a 0.6 percent pull rate.
Tartaglia is undoubtedly the main attraction in this banner, and neither Ningguang nor Beidou are worth launching. However, Diona is not a bad alternative. The banner runs from November 11 to December 1, so get it while you can.

• Drunkard’s Farce : Enemies in Drunkard’s Mist receive a 10 percent Attack stat reduction for 15 seconds.
• Free Bar Meals: Diona has a 12 percent chance of double the product when cooking any food with Restorative properties. Only occurs when food is cooked with purring.
5) Constellations
• Remaining taste : Diona regenerates 15 Energy when the Signature Mix ends.
• Shaken, Not Purred : Icy Paws deal a 15 percent increase in damage, and the resulting shield has an extra 15 percent damage absorption. When the claw hits an enemy, it generates a shield for nearby characters with 50 percent effectiveness for five seconds.
• A- Another round? : Signature Mix level increased by 3.
• Wine Industry Killer : Aimed Shot costs 60 percent faster while Diona is in Drunken Mist.
• Double shot, on the rock : Icy Paws level increased by 3.
• Cat Tail Closing Time : In Drunken Mist, characters get a 30 percent healing bonus when below 50 percent HP, or gain 200 Elemental Mastery when over 50 percent HP.

Best Genshin Impact Diona build: Example setup
Diona is best suited for the role of Healer. With his low HP, he’s a liability if you use him as an offensive fighter, so there’s no point in suggesting builds to put him on the front lines. It’s a waste of a slot in your party and a waste of Diona’s potential. In other words, don’t do it.
Weapon
• Favonius Warbow : Critical Hits have a 60 percent chance of generating Elemental Particles, which gives Diona 6 Energy. Diona is only effective when she can use her skills, so this complementary bow is an important part of Diona’s arsenal.
• Bow of Sacrifice : After damaging an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 40 percent chance of ending its own cooldown, although this can only happen once every 30 seconds. Again, as a bow that aids Diona’s skill use, this is a great choice for her.
