With the help of the mecha master – Rooney, the brave and energetic boy and his partners Lolita, Bruno, Alpha and Saber return to Magic City to destroy Demorte’s core, the Boss of Dark Wizards. To improve his fighting technique, Harley begins his adventure in the Land of Dawn.

Magic Master – As a magic master, his basic attack deals 60 magical damage. This will make Harley a very good hero in Mobile Legends which can make him versatile and fierce on both AD and AP.
Poker Trick – Shoots 3 card rounds, deals 150 magical damage to the enemy first hit (damage decays when the same target is hit 3 times or more) and increases its attack speed by 5% on each click, up to 8 times, lasts 3 seconds Honestly it’s not new thing for me when i play Wild Heroes Arena Card and this is what makes him the OP in their league. Although these two characters are based on Twisted Fate, this will make Harley OP also in mobile legends. Prioritize the maximum ability stuck first.
Space Escape – Disappears quickly, leaves the magic hat in place and then appears in front, increases his movement speed by 30% for a few seconds, use this skill again in 4 seconds to return to his hat. The best skills in Mobile Legends, taken from Leblanc of League of Legends. This will bring good mechanics to Harley. It is very promising but difficult to use which requires a good interpretation of the situation. This skill can be used both on defense and attack.
Deadly Magic – Locks a visible enemy target and launches fire rights (can be blocked by other heroes), deals 200 magical damage on impact and generates a large ring of fire around the target for 4 seconds allowing Harley to deal damage to the target by hitting the ring of fire. Then inflicts 100 and 40% HP loss during this period by magical damage targets afterwards. With this ability you always have one bullet to kill escaping enemies. I’ve seen some players use this ability to make attacks that sometimes go wrong. You should keep this skill and not use it unless you are sure it will kill your target. This is less useful on enemies with full HP.

Feather of Heaven – +65 Magic Power / +30% Attack Speed / Unique Passive: Suffering: Basic attacks will deal 40% of the hero’s AP in addition to magic damage. Unique Passive: Decreased: Increases the effect of Spell Vamp by an additional 8%. Magic power and attack speed for both AP and AD arsenals. This will be your core item that you need to get as soon as possible. This will increase not only your basic attack but also your passive that relies on magic power.
Clock of Destiny – +60 Magic Power / +615 HP / +600 Mana / Unique Passive-Time: Adds 30 HP and 5 magic attacks every 30 seconds. Up to 10 times. Unique Passive – reincarnate: if Time is completely stacked, the hero will receive 5% magic attack and 300 mana. At this point I see most of the time getting their shoes for added mobility but not Harleys. You don’t have to worry too much about your current movement speed because you always have an escape with your Space Escape. At the expense of your movement speed, Clock of Destiny will increase your magic power and mana greatly. This will help you harass your hard-fought opponents while also giving you decent HP to defend.
Swift Boots – +15% Attack Speed / Unique: +40 movement Speed. This is when you need to buy Boots so you can wander off to other lanes for extra team help or kills. Swift boots are the best because you need to invest in attack speed as well to make your attack damage efficient.
And the rest, you can get items that can increase damage and magic penetration if you fight in the tank. As my recommendation, you can get the following:
Devil Tears – +65 Magic Power / Unique: +40% Magic Penetration / Unique Passive: Spellbreaker: When HP is higher than 70%, the unique bonus effect increases by 30%.
Bloods Wings – +150 Magic Power / +150 HP / Unique Passive: Nirvana: Adds 2 HP for every 1 point of magic power.
Ice Queen Wand – +75 Magic Power / +15 Mana Regen / +7% Movement Speed / Unique Passive: Bound Ice: Skills that damage enemy heroes will bring 15% slow effect. This effect lasts 3 seconds and stacks up to two times.
