Tale of the Cake Contest Event Event [HM HoLV]
who wants to remake Leaf Valley famous for its cakes. To make this wish come true, Katie enters a cake-making contest.
If you win it might cancel the build by Funland. However, to make the cake, Katie needs your help and make sure you have egg with golden milk because it is the main ingredient for making cakes.
1. Invitation *
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 20 FP and you’ve met Wallace
Katie invites you to the cafe for a cake.
2. Talk to Katie *
Time : Year 1,Summer 16-20
The place : Plaza
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 25 FP
Katie is intrigued by your previous life in the city.
3. Looking for Recipes
Time : Year 1, Fall 13-17
The place : In front of the house
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 30 FP and your pets 50 FP (except dogs)
Katie wants to enter a cake-baking contest and she asks you to help her find your grandmother’s recipe.
Notes : The recipe can be found in the white drawer at home.
4. First prize
Time : Year 1, Fall 13-27
The place : Outside Cafe
Condition : Has experienced event 3 (Seeking Recipe)
Gwen tells about the contest that Katie entered.
5. Collecting materials
Time : Year 1, Fall 13 -27
The place : Cafe
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 35 FP and brings your grandmother’s recipe.
After giving the recipe and Katie giving the reason why to enter the contest, she asks you to collect the ingredients for making a cake in the form of 2 milks and a golden egg.
Notes : You must bring the material to Katie before event 13.

6. Contest Preparation

The place : In front of the house
Condition : Friendship level with Katie is at least 40 FP and with farm animals 80 FP (except Dogs)
Katie tells you that the baking contest has been postponed so it’s a good opportunity to get things ready.
7. Sample Cake 1
Time : Year 1,Winter 15-20
The place : Cafe
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 50 FP
You try the cake that Katie made, but the taste of the cake is not good.
8. Sample Cake 2*
Time : Year 1,Winter 21-25
The place : Cafe
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 50 FP
You try again the cake Katie made and it still tastes the same as the first cake (answer “I can wait” to wait for the cake to be ready).
9. Sample Cake 3 *
Time : Year 1,Winter 26-29
Template : Cafe
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 60 FP
For the third time you try Katie’s cake, but the taste is still the same.
10. Doubt*
Time : Year 2,Spring 2-6
The place : Cafe
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 65 FP
Gwen helps Katie by taking her to Lyla to learn how to bake because Katie has not been successful in baking so far.
11. A Wise Person *
Time : Year 2,Spring 12-19
The place : In front of the house
Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 70 FP
You and Katie ask Chester about Moon Drop Essence which is a special ingredient in baking.
Notes : After seeing the above event you will proceed to event 12A if one of the girls has 3 hearts 80 FP or 12B if none.
12A. Moonlight God
Time : Year 2,Spring 29-30 (21:00 – 24:00)
The place : Mallard Lake
Condition : Have met Gina, Dia, Lyla and one of them has at least 3 hearts.
You will see a light in an urn (Moon Droop Essence) with one of the girls who have the highest friendship (FP) level.
12B. Moonlight God 2
Time : Year 2,Spring 30
The place : Cafe
Condition : Have met with Kurt and Joe
You will meet Bob, Joe, Kurt or Louis.
13. The Cake Has Been Made
Time : Year 2, Summer 1-5
The place : Cafe
Condition : Completed 12A or 12B and you have given milk and golden eggs to Katie.
You try again Katie’s cake, but it’s different from before because this time the cake that has been made using Moon Drop Esense tastes very good and is ready to be entered in the contest.
14. Announcement of Contest Winners
Time : Year 2,Summer 26 – Fall 1
The place : In front of the house
Condition : Friendship level with Katie is at least 110 FP and with your farm animals 200 FP (except Dogs)
Event Done !! Katie’s cake won the contest and now she has included it on the menu sold at the cafe.
Notes : After viewing the event above you will get a cake logo in the balance sheet as a sign that you have completed the Tale of the Cake Contest event. Then you can stop here because the event has ended or continue the next event that is not required to be followed.
15. Real Cake *

Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 120 FP
16. Original Cake 2*

Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 130 FP
17. Original Cake 3*

Condition : Katie’s friendship level is at least 140 FP

Condition : Completed event 14 (Tale of the Cake Contest)
Now you can sell gold milk for 480 G and golden eggs for 180 G at the cafe.
