When Kagura takes without Seimei Umbrella, Seimei Umbrella will deal 330(+100% total magic power) magic damage to nearby enemies, creating a link and slowing them down. Meanwhile, the Seimei Umbrella Open coldown will be reset instantly. If the opponent fails to break away from the link after 3 seconds they will receive 450 (+180% total magic power) Magic damage and will be drawn towards the Seimei Umbrella. (as long as the target is within the range of the link, the link will be destroyed, even if skill 1 or skill 2 is used while the link exists).
