New Character Xiao Coming to Genshin Impact 1.3
It is reported that on February 3rd, the character Xiao will be present at Genshin Impact on patch 1.3. This character’s voice will be filled by Matsuoka Yoshitsugu.
For those of you who don’t know who Matsuoka Yoshitsugu, he is the voice actor Kirigaya Kazuto or Kirito in anime Sword Art Online.
Xiao myself is a Yaksha which belongs to the five-star character. He will carry a spear with the power of Anemo or wind. Xiao have elemental bursts with higher damage, but will also reduce their HP constantly.

For additional information, update 1.3 Genshin Impact will be released on February 3, 2021 later on all platforms, both PC, Mobile, and PlayStation 4.
