Genshin Impact will receive new content again with the update version 1.2, which will arrive on December 23rd. In the upcoming new content, miHoYo’s game will return with a new character, including Albedo.
For those of you chasing Albedo in the next banner, the list of items to farm feels like from now on.
Albedo upgrade items
According to information from Reddit, the items needed to improve Albedo’s talent require the “Ballad” talent book, and the items that can be obtained are from the Samachurls monster. To connect Albedo’s level cap, a mix of topaz, basalt columns, cecilia flowers and items from samachurls is required.

Putting together everything you need may seem like a chore, but these are some of the areas you can look for the items above.
Cecilia’s location
Cecilia is a flower that can only be found at high altitudes, namely Starsnatch Cliff. For more information, see the Cecilia Location article.

Farm Samachurls
Albedo needed the Divination Scroll, the Sealed Scroll, and the Forbidden Curse Scroll to improve her character. This item is considered a necessity in order to level up its talent level and increase its level cap.
These three items are found by defeating a monster named Samachurls. Divination Scrolls of Dead Slimes, Sealed Scrolls of Samachurls Level 40 and above, Forbidden Curse Scrolls of Samachurls Level 60 and above. All types of samachurls items do not affect the items you receive. So fight every samachurl you meet.
You can search for samachurls in various Hilichurl camps on the map. Camps with watchtowers are ideal destinations as they are frequented by Hilichurl arrowheads.
To climb Albedo you need a total of 18 Divine Scrolls, 30 Sealed Scrolls and 36 Scrolls of the Forbidden Curse.
Farm talent book “Ballade”
You will need many of the Ballad series of talent books to maximize Albedo’s talents. This series consists of Teachings of “Ballad”, Guide to “Ballad” and Philosophies from “Ballad”. You can find all three from the Forsaken Rift domain in Moon City. To connect to the domain, you must first reach Adventure Rank 26 level and can be visited on Wednesday or Saturday or Sunday.
Farm topaz and basalt column
Like all properties of Geo, Ascend albedo required items called Prithiva Topaz and Basalt Pillars. Prithiva Topaz and all of its variants are obtained by defeating the Geo Hypostasis boss found in the Guyun Stone Forest. Sometimes you can get topaz from the wolf of the north and buy it in small quantities in the souvenir shops in Liyue and Mondstadt.
If you need basalt columns, the only way to get them is by defeating the Geo Hypostasis boss in Liyue.
For Prithiva Topas, Albedo needs a splinter, nine fragments, nine chunks and six precious stones. If there are benefits, all of the Prithiva Topaz can be crafted to the next level via the Alchemy Station. Albedo would need a total of 46 basalt columns to maximize.
Farm tusk of Monoceros Caeli
In general, in order to level up to talent level 7 and above, you will be asked to look for items that can be obtained from the weekly boss. Albedo himself needs an item called Tusk of Monoceros Caeli to raise her talent to level 7-10, which you can get at random after defeating Childe in the Domain Gold House.
Please note that Monoceros Caeli’s tusk can be obtained randomly in Room Memories: Golden Shadow II and above.
Farm Crown of the Magi
To increase Albedo’s talent from level 9 to 10, you will need an item called the Philosopher’s Crown. Unfortunately, this one item is very limited and rare that you can only get at certain events. So if there is an event taking place that includes an item from the Philosopher’s Crown, it is highly recommended that you bring it with you.
