How to take a screenshot on a Windows Laptop / PC (XP, 7, 8, 10) and Mac

In doing tasks or work, sometimes screenshots or screenshots are needed for certain interests or purposes. The problem is that not everyone knows how to take the screenshot because the menu doesn’t exist and seems like a hidden feature. Here’s how to screenshot on a Windows computer / laptop / pc (XP, 7, 8, 10) and Mac.

Windows

  1. Prepare the screen you want to screenshot

  2. Press the print screen button on the keyboard

  1. Open the paint application or image editor

  2. Open a new worksheet, then right-click and paste or press CTRL+V on the keyboard (shortcut to paste with the keyboard)

MAC OS

  1. Prepare the screen you want to screenshot

  2. Press Command + Shift + 4 if you want to screenshot the whole thing or Command + Shift + 3 if you want to screenshot part of the screen

  1. Screenshot results are usually automatically saved in the desktop folder
