The Genshin Impact 1.2 update has finally been officially released and players can now explore a new location, Dragonspine. There is a secret area in this snowy location that you need to solve in order to get the Tombstone and Crimson Agate quest items.
To open the secret area, you will need to collect three gold boxes that are scattered around Dragon Spikes. Here is a guide on how to find the location of the three gold boxes in Dragonspine.
1. Gold box – princess
Getting to the first box is quite difficult as there is a fight. Go to the small island marked on the map, you will find a sword stuck in the ground. Touch the sword and you have 60 seconds to defeat the cryo-magician and the hydro-magician. When the fight is over, a chest with a priest box will appear.
2. Gold box – priest
The Priest’s Box is on top of a tall tower. There is more than one anemo wisp that you can use to let the wind rush upwards. There you will find chests that you can access to get the priest’s chest.
3. Gold box scribe
Go to the teleporter in the Starglow Cavern, then go west. There is a tombstone directly below it. Place three Cecilia flowers here to access the scribe’s box.
When you have all three head back to the secret area door and now you can open it.
After opening you will find a chest. The following treasure chest contains crimson agate and other gifts.
