Was shown in the trailer description, Switch version of Apex Legends may have been released on February 2nd

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – The Nintendo Switch version of Apex Legends is likely to be released soon on February 2nd, 2021. This release date was briefly mentioned in the YouTube description of the game’s latest trailer in countries like Poland, Denmark and Japan before it was removed.

The trailer was released on Monday (1/18/2021) along with details on Season 8 of Apex Legends, which will be released on February 2nd, roughly two years after the free Battle Royale game launched. Previously, the Switch version of Apex Legends was announced along with the Steam version of Apex Legends at the start of the November 7, 2021 season.

Originally slated for release last fall, Electronic Arts (EA) has postponed the release of the Switch version of Apex Legends to 2021. This was done to further solidify the game and make it a great experience for Switch players.

According to developer Respawn, the Switch version of Apex Legends will support cross-platform play and provide all the functionality with other versions of the game. Meanwhile, Season 8 of Apex Legends, titled Mayhem, will also be released on February 2nd.

The latest season of Apex Legends will feature the 16th legend, Fuse, who is an explosives expert. The latest update also includes the 30-30 repeater rifle, a new Battle Pass, and a major overhaul to the Kings Canyon map.
