Riot Forge also revealed a list of League of Legends champions who will appear as playable characters in Ruined King, namely Miss Fortune, Illaoi, Braum, Yasuo, Ahri, and Pyke.

The game will be the first game from the Riot Forge label, a division of Riot Games that was announced last year as part of a developer initiative to work with other developers to add new games and genres to the League of Legends universe. Ruined King was developed in collaboration with Airship Syndicate, the team behind Darksiders Genesis.
