Free Fire officially becomes a sponsor of the Brazilian national team

GAMEFINITY.ID, Salatiga – After Free Fire sponsored the football club Persis Solo and the futsal club Chonburi Bluewave some time ago, it is now the Brazilian national team’s turn to enter into a sponsorship partnership with Free Fire.

The head of Operation Garena Brazil, Fernando Mazza, confirmed this news. In his opinion, this sponsorship is an exceptional boost for Free Fire players and Brazilian soccer fans.

“We know that many of our players are big football fans and this partnership allows them to celebrate their passion for the Brazilian team through Free Fire,” said Fernando Mazza

CBF Marketing Director Gilberto Ratto also welcomed this cooperation positively. According to him, this collaboration is the most strategic collaboration given the popularity of Free Fire in Brazil.

“This partnership has been one of the most strategic lately for CBF as it brings us closer to an audience that is very relevant to us, gamers.”

“With this partnership we are planning a series of activities that will focus on a young audience and bring the Brazilian soccer team into this ecosystem,” said Gilberto Ratto.

To celebrate this collaboration, Free Fire will release a skin on the themed home and away kit of the Brazilian national team. In addition, various bundles with the theme of the Brazilian national team will be ready for release, such as skyboards, weapon skins, backpacks and others.

Rumor has it that the Free Fire sponsor logo will also appear on the shirt of the Brazilian national team. This news is still unconfirmed considering that FIFA does not allow sponsorship of the national team jersey.

The Brazilian national team itself has just celebrated its U-23 victory at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. After a 2-1 win over the Spanish U-23 national team, they managed to bring home the gold medal.
